Service Rollover: Unused services roll over each month, ensuring you never miss out on your self-care routine. Exclusive Discounts: Enjoy special discounts on additional services and products. A: Any unused services will continue to roll over each month and can be used at any time while your membership is active. You have the entire duration of your membership to utilize these services, provided your account is not frozen and remains in good standing.
A: Yes, all accumulated services will expire 60 days after your membership is canceled.
A: No, Silent Moment Spa memberships and membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
A: Memberships are set to auto-renew. At the end of the initial 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
A: Yes, Silent Moment Spa reserves the right to modify spa rules, regulations, and pricing at any time.
A: If you cancel your membership, any remaining services must be used within 60 days, after which they will expire.
A: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
A: No, same-day appointments cannot be canceled.
A: Failure to cancel and not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the scheduled service. If there are no available services in your account, the account on file will be charged the full membership price for the service.
A: We automatically bill the card on file each month on the day of your sign-up. Membership does not include gratuity.
A: If your card on file is declined, your membership will be canceled, and any remaining services will be forfeited.
A: By entering into this membership agreement, you authorize Silent Moment Spa to bill your card on file in the total amount of your monthly membership fee.
